You can request deletion of your Cacoon account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request

Email us from the address linked to your Cacoon account with the subject line: Delete My Cacoon Account

Send your request to: everyday.cacoon@gmail.com

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will delete or anonymize the personal data linked to your account, including profile details and saved customer information, where applicable.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, delivery, refund, or order compliance purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days.
