3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable)

  • Any shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable


4. Prepaid Orders Only

We only accept prepaid orders.
Orders are processed only after successful payment.


5. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays can happen due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather or regional restrictions

  • High order volumes

We are not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched, but we will always help you track it.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply


7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate

Resolution depends on the courier’s confirmation.
