Refund policy

We keep things simple. If something feels off, we will sort it.


1. Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags intact

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Items without original tags


2. Free return shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
No return shipping charges will be deducted.


3. No restocking fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.
Eligible refunds are processed in full.


4. No final sale items

All products are eligible for return within the 14 day window.


5. Wrong or damaged item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Your order id

    • An unboxing video

    • Clear photos of the issue

You can opt for a replacement or a full refund.


6. Exchanges

One size exchange is allowed per order.
This is subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


7. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes a quality check.

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method

Timeline:

  • 5 to 7 business days after approval


8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
